On My Life! The Life System Review

November 28, 2008

Take it from me. The Life System is definitely worth a punt. It’s different to many other systems out there and, although Dutching isn’t to everyone’s taste, it is a fun way to make a small profit. One thing I like about the system is that it’s not trying to pretend to be something that it clearly isn’t. The Life System offers reasonable profits for little risk, It’s reliable and easy to use. It is fun, and even if you’re not winning all the time when your nag comes in it’s always a great feeling. [Read more]

Football Trading System

November 26, 2008

The Football Trading System is based on a commonly known and regularly used trading tactic for football leagues around the world. This really is a very common system indeed and, I discovered once I’d bought it, it’s something that anyone who has used a market like Betfair will probably figure out themselves pretty quickly. Essentially it wasn’t worth the money that I paid. Regardless of that fact, and regardless of the fact that I’m currently feeling a little cheated, I’m going to try and type an unbiased review for the benefit of other readers who might be wanting to give this a go. Football System Doesn’t Reach Back Of Net

November 24, 2008

Like many of the people who write reviews for this Reader’s Experience column, I’m a fan of gambling systems – at least I’m a fan of the concept of gambling systems. The truth is that I’ve been more than a little disappointed with many of the systems I’ve tried over the years. I held high hopes for Football Maestro as it really did promise astonishing results. Like many of these systems that provide astonishing results, though, it fails to deliver on many levels. [Read more]

Lay Crazy – Is It Crazy?

November 14, 2008

Recently I saw a copy of the LC System by Lay Crazy. It is a laying system based on laying horses at long odds. Like many systems of this type it all goes well for quite a few races, then you get a winner which wipes out your profits for the week. The question is whether these wipe outs are large enough to eliminate or just reduce your profits. Of course that depends on the length of the winning streak and the size of the final losing bet. It also depends heavily on who you ask… [Read more]

Racing To Win – Definitely A Winner

November 12, 2008

This is a bit of a deviation from the normal slew of systems that I see reviewed here. If it’s not to the readership’s taste then I apologise; on the other hand it might be useful to see a ‘System’ as it was before the mass proliferation of the Internet. That’s right, this is an actual book written on actual paper that was actually published by a real human. And it’s ancient, published BI (Before Internet) in 1987. Technically not before the Internet proper, but before the vast majority of us will ever have used it, anyway. [Read more]

Formula 1 Trader – You’ve Got The Formula

November 10, 2008

Rather predictably, Formula 1 Trader is a gambling system that is based – you guessed it – upon trading on formula 1 races. I have always found it difficult to bet on formula 1 despite having a reasonably good knowledge of the sport. Having found Formula 1 trader I thought I would let others know: it doesn’t work all the time but if you follow the system you will find yourself in profit at the end of the season. [Read more]

The Simple System – Really Very Simple!

November 8, 2008

A racing betting system that I found recently did actually intrigue me. I’m a little battle hardened to horse racing betting systems for two reasons: 1) I’ve seen everything there is to see in this field; and 2) very few of the betting systems I’ve come across are worth the price you pay for them. The Simple System looked a bit different because it is selling itself on its simplicity. I like simplicity, so I was willing to give The Simple System a go. [Read more]

You Gotta Roll With It - Tennis Bank Roll

November 6, 2008

A friend of a friend signed up to Tennis Bank Roll and he was, to say the least, very disappointed. When he told me the story of his experience with Tennis Bank Roll I was inclined to join in with this disappointment. Yet another system that promises a lot and delivers little (or worse). [Read more]

Fancy Sales Page - Not So Fancy Product

November 4, 2008

I’m a sucker for a decent sales page and, I hereby announce, I’ve done it again, folks. I fell for what is probably the best written sales page I’ve ever come across. No matter how much I try and tell myself that this is another gambling system that isn’t worth my time, I just manage to argue my way into buying the damn thing. [Read more]
