You Probably Will Lose…

December 30, 2008

The sales page for You-Wont-Lose.com claims that the author is Lydia Hislop. This is presumably a different Lydia Hislop from the one that has made a name as a respected horse racing journalist. I simply cannot see any respected professional giving her name to anything as blatantly false as the title suggests. In fact the title has to be the most ironic of any betting system I have had the misfortune to spend money on, simply because the fact is that you-cant-win. [Read more]

Seek Your Paradise Elsewhere

December 28, 2008

Punting Paradise claims to be able to provide you with over £100 of profit from exchange markets like Betfair any hour of any day. The sales page goes on to claim that this is a totally unique system. If the claims as to the massive profits available are to be believed, then the system really would need to be unique, since there is nothing around that can provide this level of profit. [Read more]

The Horse Profiles System

December 26, 2008

The Horse Profiles system is one of that unique breed of ’systems’ that isn’t actually a system per se, but is instead a useful guide to the profiles of many of the top horses that are currently doing the rounds. The indepth knowledge provided in the e-book is going to be invaluable for anyone who already knows what they are doing when it comes to betting: the information will just give you the edge that you need. The Japanese Football System – It’s All Foreign To Me

December 24, 2008

The Japanese Football System is, perhaps a little predictably, a betting system that uses the Japanese football leagues – the J-League – as the basis for the betting action. The Author claims to have made over £5570 in profit since he started to track the earnings on the 8th of March, 2008. These are impressive figures (aren’t they all?) and this kind of sales page is just the type that draws people into paying a sum of cash for what is essentially nothing at all. Sorry to say it, but it’s usually true. Will the Japanese Football System be any different? The cynic in my doubts it greatly, as does the little man in me that has been burned just one time too many with many of these betting systems. [Read more]

Value Horse Finder Software – A Review

December 19, 2008

Sometimes I surprise myself. I really thought that I was going to detest my tests with the Value Horse Finder software. I knew that I would have to throw some money at it in order to see whether it worked or not, and I envisaged that this would be almost entirely wasted money. I fortunately I was mistaken, and the Value Horse Finder software really has turned me a nice profit. Not a huge profit, but then I didn’t have much in the way of risk either. And whatever way you look at it, a profit is a profit, and it is better that it is in my pocket rather than the Bookie’s. [Read more]

Bet Synergy – Another Set Of Empty Promises

December 17, 2008

The sales page for Bet Synergy is another classic example of online marketing gone wrong. The sales page tells us just how rubbish all the other betting systems are, but how good Bet Synergy is; how different it is from all the other systems. How the other systems are just gimmicks while Bet Synergy is the One True System. Everyone who uses other betting systems is a loser (it actually uses that word). Betting Synergy, however, can quickly help you to win over £12,000 over three months (representing a 20% return on investment, apparently). The conclusion? Well this must be the only real betting system, the only one that matters, right? [Read more]

The Football Profit System - Tidy Little Profit

December 15, 2008

The Football Profit System uses the concept of the Asian Handicap to make you money. That’s the theory, anyway. If, like I was, you’re a little unsure as to what exactly an Asian Handicap system is, then please do read on. I will attempt to enlighten you! Below also is my review of the Football Profit System which, to cut a long story short, I didn’t like one bit. [Read more]

Going Flat – Trainer Flat Stats

December 13, 2008

Trainer Flat Stats is a betting system based on flat racing in the UK. It tries to look at the statistics of the jockeys and trainers involved in upcoming races, then uses this – along with some statistical wizardry – to attempt to guess who is going to come first. Sound simple? Well, not quite.

The thing is, the selection process – as well as the actual betting process – is really easy. No one can go wrong here. But it doesn’t matter how easy the process is if you’re going to lose in the long-term, does it? [Read more]

Easy Money Betting System

December 11, 2008

The Easy Money Betting System is, well, easy. But that’s not it’s only redeeming feature (fortunately). I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and, as is always the way, the results are up and down somewhat. I am up overall, however, so it can’t be too bad! Picking your bets is really easy and this is definitely a huge bonus for the Easy Money Betting System. [Read more]

Frontline Lay: A Review

December 10, 2008

Despite sounding like a very risky wartime-themed sexual practice, the Frontline Lay system is actually a very solid gambling system. Those who have spent the time to look at the system and start heeding its advice are soon impressed by what it has to offer. The instructions on how to apply the system are simple and easy to follow, and the profits claimed by the author do appear to be entirely possible. I would say that the suggested bank and unit bet are a little on the small side, but isn’t that always the way? Frontline Lay is a profitable system and, really, that’s what counts. [Read more]
