Overview
If you have a look at the “Racing Cash Machine” (RCM) website, you’ll notice that it’s another product from a very famous man - Raj Patel. Famous that is, not because he has become wealthy from betting, but rather by selling high-priced betting systems.
You won’t find any sparkling graphics or a long sales letter on the RCM website. It is a very simple, amateurish layout, FAQ section, testimonials and a short system’s description.
The testimonials may seem very truthful and authentic, but if you know how Mr. Raj Patel operates his business, I wouldn’t make any buying decision based on them. Also, a profit chart and Betfair statement are published but again, it doesn’t give us any idea of how profitable this system can be long term.
As usual, before purchase, I emailed Raj with a few questions. I waited a week, and didn’t receive any reply. Not a good sign, and sent up a red flag.
There is no guarantee offered by the seller. It probably wouldn’t change anything – I doubt I could get a refund, simply because no one would answer my e-mails.
Racing Cash Machine is a physical course, including video CDs, audio CDs, and workbooks. The package is professional and well produced. There are live examples included with full audio commentary.
The System
RCM aims to make money from live horse races by betting on Betfair. The main book is 40 pages long, but the first 30 pages are just introductory talk about how betting works, staking plans, etc. So the actual system is laid out on the last ten pages.
Also, it may seem that this is a HUGE package, but actually, the 12 video CDs only have one race example on each of them. So you only see 12 races. The same info is printed in “Race Examples” book.
As author says in his own book, “It’s so simple…” Yes, it might be simple, but the question is – can this system show a long term profits? Sure it can! If you’re a GAMBLER!
RCM simply tells you to watch live horse races, and to back a horse in a closing stage. That’s it. There are some race and odds filters implemented, but the idea is the same.
The author does not say EXACTLY how to know which horse will win (obviously, no one can), and when to place bets. The examples look something like this:
“OK, the race just started. Horse A looks good. He is doing good. The jockey is working hard. Yes, a final four-long. It looks very good. Place a bet NOW!”
Basically, you have to watch races and predict which horse will win the race. Place bet while price is above 1.4. Collect your profits – if you’re lucky.
Risk Level
In my opinion, this is a high-risk level betting system because you have to gamble with your own money. There are no guarantees that you’ll win. Of course, by watching a live race you have some kind of advantage over the general public, BUT only if you have in-depth knowledge of horse racing. I believe that when you have watched thousands upon thousands races, you can predict which horse will win, and can place bets during the race. But then you wouldn’t need to buy this system.
Betting Bank
The author recommends that you use a ten point betting bank. This means that you divide your bank by ten and then use one point on each bet. I think this is way too risky. A more cautious way of doing this would be a 25 or even a 50 point bank.
Results
As with all these kinds of systems, I didn’t expect any surprises. I used a £100 bank (£10 per trade). The information given in the RCM course didn’t help me out much. If there was a clear winner, odds were way too low to place bets. If odds were suitable (1.4 or greater), I couldn’t see any clear indicators of which horse would win.
After 20 races and 12 bets, I was down by £20. Not much – I did get some winners but it was pure GAMBLING! Bad luck or whatever.
Conclusions
Racing Cash Machine works, in theory. I assume that if you watch thousands upon thousands of races, that you could achieve pretty good results. But those results won’t be because of information contained in this course.
Maybe the “Seminar” option gives you more knowledge. Raj shows you live how he is doing and will help you out with any questions you may have (e-mail is not a preferred communication as my experience shows).
Overall – RCM is not bad idea, but certainly not worth the £197 price tag. If you’re ready for long years of studying and practicing this method without seeing any results, go ahead – it may be best decision in your life…or may not.
